I am and always have been an athlete. I found a rhythm in running and competition at a very young age. Throughout my life, fitness has been my passion. It has brought me grace, joy, and fulfillment. Over the past decade I have been able to share my passion for fitness and wellness with others. After an extensive career as a high school sports coach, I received my A.C.S.M. certification and became a certified personal trainer. My training method is built around the client's individual abilities and their health and fitness goals.
I teach bootcamps in groups of 5-10 people. I am also a runner, run coach , and a 200 YTT yoga teacher. After completing my 4th Boston Marathon 2016 my hip began to bother me. I decided it was time for more yoga, and got certified as a yoga teacher. Shortly after that my mom passed away. Yoga has helped me physically, emotionally, and spiritually. This experience of loss allowed me to get deeper into my practice and to connect with my students more.
I teach yoga and bootcamp in my own space at SDrury Fitness in Hanover, MA. The space includes a Yoga Studio and an extensive Home Gym. Yoga has helped me heal and has inspired me to help others heal too. I teach Yoga for Runners, Gentle flow, Vinyasa, Teen Yoga, Yin Yoga, Reiki and Poolside Yoga.
I summer in Chatham and share my love for yoga in Cape Cod.

The mind is a powerful thing, when you fill it with positive thoughts your life will start to change. I offer Gentle Yoga, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Teen Yoga Yoga for Runners, and Poolside Yoga.
